The delivery of the goods raised from the 702 Walk the Talk 2015 through IMAGINE was delivered to UCPA on Sunday, 16th August 2015. What a truly humbling experience it was for all those present. A great turn-out made for a more special time – singing, dancing, handing out gifts and taking some very specials photos.
It was hard to tell whether there was more excitement over the music, gifts or visitors but all in all it was certainly a joyous occasion. Another special thing about this day and the Walk the Talk Event this year was that it was shared with the inspiration behind IMAGINE, Stuart Hawley. Stuart was as happy as always, enjoying the music and noise around him. Little does he know that he is the person responsible for inspiring us and all the work we do through IMAGINE – thank you Stuart for being you!
Thank you to all our walkers that made it possible for us to make this contribution to the UCPA. Special thanks to those that took time out of their Sunday to attend the handover and made it one to remember. Lloyd and Ralph Daniel brought such special life to the day with their music – it would not have been the same without that touch – thank you! Enjoy the special photos!
